With new interiors in the restaurant and a new chef, Petter Nilsson, in the kitchen, the level of ambition at the Museum of Spirits is rising. Gärsnäs’s Madonna armchair, designed by David Ericsson, makes a sophisticated impression and fits in with the higher expectations. Well worth a sitting!
